    From there I work through a structured process: spatial analysis, concept development, material and furniture specification, procurement, and installation. You are consulted at every meaningful decision point. Nothing moves forward without your confidence in the direction.

    What you will not experience is drift. No vague timelines. No unexpected costs. No decisions made without you. The commercial rigour I bring from eighteen years across both residential and large-scale studio practice means your project is managed with the same precision as the most demanding brief and with the same care for the people who will actually live in the result.
