Every contractor is briefed and managed by me. Every decision is prepared for you, at the point it needs to be made and not before. You are not project managing your own renovation. I am.

I work with clients on kitchens, bathrooms, lofts and extensions as standalone commissions. Bringing the same spatial rigour, material knowledge and project oversight I apply to a complete transformation, scaled to the scope of the project. Layout, specification, procurement and contractor coordination all included.

I believe organisation is not something you impose on a finished interior. It is something you design into it from the beginning.

Every OKYA project is considered from the inside out: how you move through each space, where things belong, how the home supports daily life rather than resisting it. For clients who want to go further, I offer a dedicated layer of spatial organisation alongside the design. Storage architecture, wardrobe systems, kitchen logic, children's spaces. So that the home continues to work long after the project is complete.

This is not decluttering. It is intentional design.

Many of my clients have more than one home. A family house in Surrey. A flat in London. A property abroad that has never quite received the attention it deserves.

I can also work internationally. Travelling to the project, sourcing locally where it adds something the brief calls for, and managing the process remotely where it does not. My background spans London, Europe and beyond, and I have spent eighteen years building the contacts, the supplier relationships and the cross-cultural fluency to deliver something exceptional regardless of where the property sits.

I work with clients at this transition point: understanding what the new property makes possible, what you want to carry forward from how you lived before, and what you have always wanted but never quite had.
